Finding and contacting us
Waiheke Boating Club has a small clubrooms at Ostend, on-site with our haul-out and hard-stand yard.
The map below indicates it’s location however due to tidal constraints in the Ostend area, our centreboard classes operate other locations such as Shelly Beach and Oneroa Bay.
Our Dinghy sailing currently operates a regular programme from the North-western end of Oneroa beach. We are however known to move to other locations to take advantage of favourable sailing conditions.
The Keeler fleet start and finIsh their racing from Kennedy Point wharf in Putiki bay - just off the rock breakwater - they typically gather pre-start at the public jetty near the boat ramp. The courses use a number of laid club buoys along the Southern Coast, one at Maraetai and the Yellow Harbour racing buoys such as Navy Buoy and Motuihe Buoy
